What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colours within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please contact us at service@dopellowen.com to arrange an exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
