Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within South Korea is complimentary for orders over 100,000 KRW. Standard domestic delivery takes 2-3 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Express international delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@dopellowen.com. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colours within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. The item must be in its original unworn condition. Please contact service@dopellowen.com to arrange an exchange. If the desired size or colour is unavailable, we will process a full refund.
